This report addresses Saint Vincent and the Grenadines' compliance with its human rights
obligations with regard to the death penalty and related issues. Saint Vincent and the
Grenadines has been observing a de facto moratorium on executions since 1995. One
person remains on death row.

several recommendations it supported during its third-cycle Universal Periodic Review,
including relating to detention conditions and data collection and dissemination relating to
the prison system.
